The food was old and cold when I received it. The Wagyu burger had some stringy stuff on it. Kind of sad that I drove across town as the other location was closed. The chicken bacon ranch loaded fries were old and cold. Very little cheese and hardly any sauce. One chunk of chicken.

This particular location is horrible. Always dirty in the kitchen area, lobby tables are filthy, and the workers are always horseplaying back there instead of getting stuff done. The food is typically dry or not hot when you get it. The fries are typically over cooked and the bread is typically old or left out to dry out. Compared to other fastfood restaurants as far as prices, they are way over-priced.

Do not get the sliders. They are an absolute joke now. They use to be decent size and 3 could fill you up. These new ones are 90% smaller and only have 10% chicken in them the other 90% is straight breading and fat. You will get sick Don’t buy them. And now they cost $1.99. So you’re paying more for less.

After ordering a Double Roast Beef, not only did I receive a Classic Roast Beef, but it also had some sorta of syrup like substance on it. When questioned, the manager laughed and claimed it was not there fault.

Picking up an order, observed the front counter cashier get a sandwich from a customer that was made wrong (obviously opened and handled by the customer!) rewrap the sandwich and place it on the hot chute with the new sandwiches.

Previously I have had a great experience there. I went yesterday and there was water all over the floor it was 1 pm so the end of lunch for most but it was a bit rushed they had more than 6 people working. I mean the whole front of the store at the order counter had water. Four people looked me and my husband in the face and saw us standing there. Others were watiting for their food no problem. We watied more than 5 minutes though the front had a lady manager praising the staff on getting food out the kitchen and looked at the people in the front several times as did three others not one person greeted us or said we will be right with you. There was nothing. This was the worst experience of my life. The location did have an acrid smell as well like vomit but despite that we waiting. After 5 minutes and everyone else getting their food and still no one including the manager at least said something to us we left as finally the manager looks at us and says Kennedy check on those people. Those people (we) left. Absolutely the worse experience of my life here.

I really enjoy your food.But I got there at 8:16pm did receive my food until 8:40 then had to wait another five minutes to get our fries and they were burnt. So disappointed with my French dip barely had any meat.
