Love their food, but last few times I have been here, there were just one or two employees working the entire restaurant- taking orders at the counter, cooking, assembling, bagging and handing out in store orders, answering the drive-thru and handling those orders, bussing tables and cleaning the lobby seating area.

Aesthetically pleasing modern location; however, that is not enough to make us want to come back when passing through. All the tables were dirty. There was only one person in front of us and it took 10 minutes to order and clean a table for ourselves. The gentleman taking our order had difficulty understanding what it was we were needing, but he got it all figured out. When our tray was brought out, it was missing the curly fries, so had to ask for those. While our family was eating, three workers began verbally fighting in the kitchen. We finished eating as quick as we could and left. 2 stars because the food was fresh and tasted as expected. I recommend you find somewhere else along the highway to stop and get food.

Whoever is working the night of July 16th, needs to be fired. Called over 10 times to get my call forwarded. Waited in line for over 30 minutes. To have them laughing and ignoring any customers in their line. This has to be one of the worst fast food restaurants I’ve ever experienced. Save your sanity and don’t come. Multiple customers ended up driving off.

If you ordered chicken here check it before you leave I found that it was very dehydrated like it been set in a warmer way too long. The staff was very nice and they got my food out quickly. The dining room was very messy couple of tables were not cleaned and the floors felt a little sticky. The prices were very reasonable. And the roast beef was amazing just steer clear of the chicken would be my recommendation.

I don’t understand why it took 45 minutes to get 2 sandwiches and fries when they were NOT busy. A woman and her daughter waited over an hour to get their order to go. The drive through wasn’t busy either. We all agreed that if we had not already paid we would have left.

I normally will not eat at a truck stop Arby’s due to the routine disappointment. Food is alway cold or sub par it seems. Tonight was a pleasant surprise. It was really busy for 930pm. A little wait was expected to order. When I felt like a needy customer requesting fresh curly fries I didn’t get attitude and got hot perfect food.

Helping a friend move from Tulsa, OK to Leavenworth, KS. Stopped in Chanute to eat dinner Friday evening. I’m sure they thought they were busy, but they were not. There was only 2-3 families in the dining room and 3 or 4 cars in the drive thru. It took forever (25 minutes) to get “fast” food. No one looked like they had a sense of urgency for the lag time. The manager was on her phone off and on while preparing Togo bags. Good thing this is not a regular place near me.
