I really didnt like the fish because the add it said crunchy fish this wasn’t crunchy at all. So you see in the pictures . And the table weren’t clean so we ended up cleaning up the table to sit down .

Well, it has been many, many years since I’ve had the opportunity to eat at Arby’s and it was ok. I got the 2 for $5 deal which consisted of a beef and cheddar and a crispy fish. I didn’t finish the beef and cheddar because I really don’t like the cheese sauce they use. It’s not just their cheese sauce it’s any cheese sauce. I don’t know what I was thinking, it wasn’t their fault. But the crispy fish sandwich was on point. It was a good cut of fish with the perfect amount of tartar sauce and lettuce. It wasn’t a have-to-hurry-back experience but it was good.

Don’t know how but the fries were chewy and not in a good way. Soda was flat or mixed wrong or idk…it tasted weird. Sandwich was ok. Prices are up quite a bit. Gonna stay away from this one for a while.

Ordered two Wagu Burgers, done inside not pink. And get them pink my Wife took hers back after two bites. They put the whole thing in the Microwave. That’s a real class act for a Restaurant. I showed the big fat Manager mine pink to. I threw mine away, I didn’t want to Microwave it to a sloppy mess. 11.56 per Burger. Isn’t Arby’s supposed to be better than that? Have you ever heard of Ecoli from under cooked Hamburger? I’d rather go to McDonald’s. I did contact your Email site you suggested and I heard back from Arby’s Corporation in Atlanta. Thanks

I like the sandwiches, but some of their managers are clueless and rude. Back when they had the software glitch that charged people multiply, I called in an attempt to figure out what was going on. The manager (I really would like to name her, but I won’t) told me that it wasn’t them that it was my banks fault. When I asked for information for her supervisor or general manager, she flat-out refused and wouldn’t help me. Wouldn’t even take my contact info so they could reach out. Well, she was wrong and rude.

Have always loved the French dip sandwich, until today. They have changed to some kind of hoagie bun which instantly get soggy when dipped in the au jus that looks and taste like water with a hint of beef! Definitely won’t be going back for awhile.
