Well that was not the best experience. I ordered a bacon ranch steak burger and a jamoca shake. What I got was a deluxe steak burger and a vanilla shake. Close but not quite, when I went back in to see what could be done I was told that was the way the jamoca shakes are now and nothing is wrong with it. The replaced the burger and I ended up just getting a regular fountain drink instead of the shake. I received no refund for the difference in cost and no apology or anything from the management. Really poor customer service but the store looks nice. I won’t be eating here again for a long while.

Usually had decent food here, but this experience was down right disappointing. The drive thru was rude and rushing, the sandwiches were cold and soggy with sauce. The fries were cold my child had some fresh chicken nuggets but didn’t get his drink. I called and politely explained by disappointment and the manager offered a free cookie. I told him no thanks I don’t plan on coming back. Do not recommend

The worst customer service my order was set by my side by the soft drink area by the manager without telling me it was my order he just put it there and walked away I had to ask him if it was my meal twice to finally get an answer. Not going back.

Eh it’s Ok. The soda machines aren’t ever mixed right the soda taste off. The loaded fries are dinky. I hate people asking for my name for a order rather than a number. The older manager is really nice and they are pretty fast getting your order out. If they fix those few things they would get 5 stars.

Drive thru. Made several changes to order only to come back to original order. Employee did not seem to mind. Very kind. Then she sneezed into her ungloved hands. And she hurried to fill the order that no hands were washed. Hard worker though…

Immediately upon walking in, there was an obvious negative and toxic energy amongst the staff. It was 730pm on a Monday, the day after Christmas. The cashier dude with long hair was rude to us while we were politely ordering, and all of the staff were bickering with each other with their body language, words, and overall dimeanor. We were the only customers in the restaurant and felt extremely unwelcome.
