The Lemonades were already a bit pricey but worth the flavor… up until you changed the “Large” size to a small. I would have preferred you simply raise the price of the Lemonade as apposed to handing me a cup half the size of your original large. How can you hand me a cup that appears to hold about 12oz and tell me it’s the new “Large”?

We went there for lunch today, after that experience I think I’ll cross them off my list. The store was clean and the staff was nice, but it stops there. The quality of food has greatly declined. I had the two for $6, my mistake that it I thought it would be a good deal. The roast beef was ok but seems like the quality of the meat has declined. The chicken sandwich was a complete disappointment. It looks like a fried chicken patty in the picture, but its actually a couple chicken nuggets on a bun with ranch, lettuce and a tomato with cheese. I was so shocked I went to the counter and asked if it was correct, she said it was except she called the nuggets as tenders even though they were the size of a couple chicken nuggets. My wife asked for a turkey sandwich but they had none and said they haven’t been able to get it for a while. I can get it at the grocery store so I think they have some other underlying issues there. No point in going back there, Wendys has a great spicy chicken sandwich across the street and I can make my own roast beef or buy that at the grocery store as well.

Took for ever. Waited 20 min for 4 sliders and mot sticks, no straws, missing a drink, and when i went into get my drink the dude wanted to give me an attitude and set my drink down in a disrespectful manner. Don’t hire people to do customer service if they can’t do their job without attitude because of their mustake!

I have always likes Arby’s market fresh sandwich! My husband and I went to this location today. We had a hard time knowing what to order because they have no turkey or ham. Isn’t that what makes Arbys? My husband order a chicken sandwich which turned out to be two chicken strips cut in pieces. We were VERY disappointed and won’t return.

This particular Arby’s has been rather hit and miss for a while. Sometimes it is really good, other times the roast beef is a little tough and the buns are a bit dry. It hasn’t been bad enough that I’ve stopped going, but there are better Arby’s on the west side.
