I didn’t appreciate the young girls talking smack in front of customers & it was obvious they wanted to be heard as they weren’t even trying to keep their voices low. I don’t want anyone reprimanded but, someday they’ll be on the receiving end, as a customer who’s had a rough day & only asks for peacefulness & smiles. I hope they won’t have to be reminded how they behaved, except that they saw the error of their ways & made a change for the better in order to make other customer’s visit pleasant & calming.

We love Arby’s. The service here is always quick and the food is almost always amazing. My only complaint is they don’t make the beef and cheddar the right way. There is never any red ranch on it I have come to notice. I always thought it was accidentally forgotten but it is every time we go there. Food is still good, the sauce just makes the sandwich perfect!

I had the beef & Cheddar but it was missing the sweet red sauce. I added my own Arby’s sauce but it wasn’t the same. Usually, the sweet red sauce comes in the sandwich.

Great food, I think the person who took our order should slow down and listen to the customer though. We had to repeat ourselves several times and we still had to correct a drink order at the window. But at least the food was good.
