I appreciate everyone’s kindness when my daughter threw up all over me as I was ordering at the counter. They proceeded to help me after I got her cleaned up and even followed me to my car to make sure I didn’t drop anything. Food was good as always.

Overpriced, and the staf literally doesn’t care one way or another. Order a meal and ask to large size it, I’d be willing to bet you get a small. And don’t bother telling them they made a mistake, they “don’t get paid enough to deal with that”.

Drive thru really has no customer service training at all! I use to love going to Arby’s but not sure what went wrong in the last year. The manager is just as bad! She definitely needs more training in customer service. I remember when customers were top priority but that definitely went out the door at this Arby’s location. Sadly I won’t be back and whats more sad is by the complaints in the other reviews it seems nothing is ever done about it.

The foods good, and the employees are always nice to me, but again I’m not a jerk to them so that could play a role. They’re incredibly stingy with the Arby’s sauce which sucks when thats the only reason you eat here. Plus, I need the Arby’s sauce to even like the roast beef sandwiches which also sucks. They only let you have 2 per sandwich, which I normally use 3 per sandwich. So you can see my problem there.

Horrible service, I ordered the food without any sauces and even asked again when paying at the drive thru and was assured no sauces, well it came with sauces. Looked like a bunch of young kids in there just screwing around. I’m never going there again cause it happens quite frequently, and they’re rude also…

I left work at 5:40 and takes about 10 minutes from west end of town to get there. Spent 20 minutes waiting in line at the drive thru, was told they were out of curly fries , I said make them crinkle fries. They said okay. then paid but was not given a receipt and then told they were out of crinkle fries and would I want mozzarella sticks instead, I said that was fine. Waited another 6 to 7 minutes and was asked to please pull forward. I pulled forward to a parking stall to give way to customers behind me. Spent another 15 minutes waiting and several cars went through. I figured they forgot me so I went back through the drive thru. Upon reaching the window they looked puzzled as to why I was there and I asked if my order was finally ready. The young man asked for my receipt and I told him I never received one. He then paused and then told me exactly what I ordered and said just a minute which was about 3 minutes later. A young lady opened the window and stuck out a bag and didn’t apologize or say anything for that matter and shut the window. Knowing I had more coming I waited and she opened the window again and just stared at me with a very unhappy face and I asked “ may I have my sandwich’s?”. Again she shut the window and came back a minute later with the second bag with not a single word said and then slammed the window shut!
