This Arby’s used to be my family’s go to since 2001 but the last time I went in with my mom the food was absolutely horrible and barely warm to touch. We both ended up really sick for a few days so I don’t think will be going back!!! Plus the workers seem to have attitudes or don’t listen about the sauce you’d like with your order etc.

Line to order drive thru, however still moved very quickly. I ordered, line to pickup also moved quickly. Order was hot & fast.window lady very nice. Got 1/2 around bld and forgot additional I forgot, back to line, went fast, the “voice” asked. I said before u ask, I was just at pickup & my was fine, however I need 2 more arbys..window lady recognize me . I said my order was fine. Just need 2 more.. she smiled. Each window visit. I was asked — sauces?. With a smile

These ‘premium nuggets’ prepared by Arby’s damaged my teeth and my children’s teeth..these nuggets are advertised as juicy and tender under kids meals, they were the opposite in this case. If the ‘nuggets’ are being made like this they can be a choking hazard and were hard as ‘rocks’. Do yourself a favor and always check your food before eating, I learned the hard way!! Instead of Arby’s wandering why my small children didn’t speak up about their hardened condition, they should be wandering how and why these were prepared and sent to a customer!!

Sorry if this is lengthy. This location was always staffed well when a private franchise. Greeted by a young girl who couldn’t help me with the Arbys offer of free sandwich when downloading their app. She went to back to ask a thin sandy colored hair girl (supervisor). I didn’t see an email so she wouldn’t honor deal, though she hid behind the glass instead of speaking with me. I politely told the young girl if its too much trouble its okay. I bought a 5 dollar+ meal. Couple before me, myself and door dash driver all waited for counter service. Door dash says to me on the way out that he should have gone drive through. Indeed I said the same at the same time. These stores are graded by how fast their drive through is serviced. After the 3 customers were finally taken care of the dark haired manager came out to help the one customer at counter.

Worst service ever! Walked in, placed take-out order within minutes (two classic beef n cheddar sandwiches – nothing more), then waited, and waited, and waited. 20 minutes later I was given my sandwiches with a half hearted apology from an employee who I assume was the manager. Fast food? No. Food that is not worth that kind of wait. Never again. Sad that there was more concern for drive-in orders than for one face-to-face customer!
