Very disturbing visit. I was on bike in drive-thru lane. There was no sign saying any vehicular restrictions in the lane. I waited a bit at the order box and then a voice came on saying sorry, it will be a bit. The voice never returned, I rode to the window after maybe 7 minutes, after 5 or 6 vehicles piled up behind me, and they thought I was a “drive-off”. They refused to take my order at the window and implied I had to go inside. I did, no apology was given, but I heard of the anger of those behind me who also did not get an apology.I feel this situation was easily preventable in many ways and challenge DRM management to respond.

The lady that I dealt with through the drive-thru was a new employee, and you can tell was really nervous. Lol honestly cannot remember her name, but she did very very well. As I left I reassured her and told her she was doing an amazing job and if anybody got grouchy with her just remember that’s them having a bad day. Lol again for a newbie she was amazing!!!

I love the arby’s brand of fast food… but this place was GROSS! Food and trash all over the food prep area. Watched an employee set the roast beef down on a dirty counter, next to the trash can, about a foot away from the slicer. That’s not right at all. Hopefully they get their act together. I took pics…

Best hot turkey sandwiches hands down. I made a few substitutions by switching to sesame bread and added cheddar. So dang good!! The fries are always hot and fresh and so darn good!!! I just love me some Arby’s!!
