My husband and I went through the drive through, the person speaking was too low for us to hear. So my husband started to order and after he stated what he wanted another employee said loudly just a minute sir with hostility. The attitude wasn’t necessary as we couldn’t hear the first employee since they spoke very low. We ended up backing out of the drive through because no customer should deal with that amount of hostility. This was on August 5Th at 3:40pm.

Extremely slow, and lack of attention to details. I waited in the drive through for 20 minutes (there were only 2 cars ahead of me), and when I finally got my food, I drove off without checking my order – only to find when I got to work that my order was missing things! Very disappointing.

Opened 2hrs late. Had to get everything heated up but still got cold food and tasted like it was nuked in a microwave. So probably got left over and not fresh food.

It sure what happened to this place but the food on my last visit was horrible. Ordered a roast beef sandwich with cheese. It tasted like like the meat was near spoiled and the cheese sauce was sour tasting.

I just got home with what I thought was a Buffalo chicken wrap, and opened the package up to see a pile of grey roast beef and soggy bread. Quite literally the opposite of what I ordered. We were the ONLY ones in line, got one sandwich meal with no special requests, and they couldn’t even get that right. I’ve personally worked a restaurant with a drive thru and lobby for over a year, and know it’s really not that hard to just get a simple order right. Learn how to do your job. Great food though
