I went through the drive-thru and placed an order for a French Dip and Swiss Combo, which should have been <$10 + tax. But, they don't have potato cakes anymore, so I had to upgrade. And, then I wanted a small shake, but they don't have smalls anymore, so I had to upgrade again. When I got my total, it was <$14, I tried to delete the shake and side, but the person wouldn't answer me. Then I had to wait in line for 10+ minutes to get my food. It's a good thing that I didn't have anywhere to be, because I definitely would have been late.

Went through the drive-thru around 6:30 – told they ran out of roast beef? At this location, you can’t get out of the drive-thru once you get into it. Waited 20+ min to get out. How about you put a sign out there when you run out of one of your main products so people don’t get stuck in the drive-thru, just a thought. Huge waste of time.
