The food at Arby’s is usually good. The drinks are a big draw for me. Including the shakes. The customer service, as it is at most fast food businesses these days, is mostly poor.

Absolutely the best customer service we have ever received at a fast food place! Taylor is so unbelievably kind and friendly. They only have 3 people working, had to wait a little bit for our food but definitely worth it. The spicy roast beef is really good!! The first time we came here Taylor was the only person working and only the drive-thru was open. She was taking orders and preparing the food all by herself. She was fabulous that day! Definitely got repeat customers with us!!

Nobody was at drive thru…so that was awesome.Until we finally got our food after 10 minutes of wondering why not yet and continuing to wait….Drinks tasted like water.She corrected that with a fruitier not watery replacement.After 4 more minutes she assured us the fries were coming right up.And then….after 2 more minutes Vola!

The wait was too long to receive overcooked cold fries. It was our 1st time visiting this location instead of the manager making sure our order was up to standards she was more interesting in letting us know there was only 1 sauce cup available per customer. She sound quite foolish considering the quality of the sandwich and gyro that was made she should have been happy to give us a sauce with our food. Im only rating a 2 because the cashier did the best she could to remain in customer service attitude. The food isn’t good enough to be dealing with ugly attitudes…..and the milk shake machine was broken so we had to go to dairy queen instead and it was amazing.

I want to express how HARD working the 3 ladies at the Slidell store are. I went with my friend and there were only 3 employees there, Manager Taylor, cook Shanita and the new girl on fry station Isabella. Not only where they slammed at the window and getting walk in’s left and right, but they were very calm, patient and very professional. Isabella was on her second day of training and by my shock, I thought she had been there several years. I have been a chef for over 36 years, and let me tell you the pressure in the industry. They were very polite, very respectful and they did the orders to perfection. I really hope that cooperate see’s this rating and does something to boost these ladies, like a bonus…NO! I do NOT know them, I have been here twice in my lifetime and both times, they were under staffed and under appreciated. The first time, it was the manager only working and she was so amazing with us in the drive thru. Today, people are so lazy after the pandemic and don’t want to EARN their way of living. The place was also extremely spotless which is odd in that situation since you don’t have the manpower to keep it up in rush hour. Thank you ladies for being so kind to us under the extreme pressure you were under. You make me want to come back and I absolutely will!

Came and ordered a roast turkey bacon and ranch sandwich. Got home.. sandwich had no turkey on it at all. Came back and still had to wait 10 mins for them to give me another sandwich.
