Tonight, I had a horrible experience at the arby’s on Sherwood Forest. But since I was in the mood for arby’s. I traveled to the next closest location. Denham. Where I was met with a very polite person. My order was correct, my food was great and the personnel was on point and efficient!! THANK YOU. I won’t ever waste my time with sherwood forest again!

Came in around 9pm, the sandwiches we ordered were old and tough, fries weren’t fresh. And then they closed down the ice cream machine and we had already paid for a shake and couldn’t get it. Sad!

The last 3 times I’ve gone to this restaurant it has been closed. The hours are all over the place. It appears that this behavior is pretty standard for this location. It’s far enough away from my house that I am looking at alternative locations to visit. At the very least, I’d call to see if they are open before wasting my time driving….

I was not impressed with the service. After my order was prepared no one made an effort to let me know to come back and pick it up at the counter. Considering hardly a few customers were present, it took a another customer to tell me that my order was ready. My that time my burgers and fries were barely warm.
