The last 2 times I have been were deplorable, but I decided to try again tonight. I pulled to the drive-through, and no one answered. I wait, l wait, I wait. I drive around where I see someone getting their food from the window, and they leave, so I pull up. And wait. Wait. Wait. Finally, after more than 5 minutes, a lady , managwr dressed in all dark, comes to the window and says. Can I help you? when I try to give her my order, She says you’re gonna have to give me some time because the store is in shambles, one employee left and another is leaving. I ask if they were closed. Because I had already been sitting there more than 15 minutes. And she says you’re going to have to give me some time. She says you can either wait or pull off. I said OK. So I sit and wait. For another 5 minutes or so. no one asked me what I wanted to order, but I see 2 of the girls moving around inside. Filling up cups she was drinking out of. So I drove off to Denham location. Where it took me 10 min to get, and 3 min to get my food and I was back home 5 min later. I DO NOT EVER SUGGEST GOING TO ARBYS IN SHERWOOD FOREST!! TAKE THE EXTRA 10 MIN RIDE TO DENHAM. WHERE THEY ARE POLITE AND EFFICIENT!!

New Deluxe Wagu Burger with large crinkle cut fries and Orange cream shake. Customer service was great and the orange shake was outstanding. The new burger was pretty good and the feelers were really good.

My experience was so bad I’m turned against eating fast food now. First I sent someone to get my lunch and a she was placing the order she requested for fresh hot food. I was on the phone. The cashier said we cook to order. Get my food, I have 6 ketchup packs on top of my fries(gross) and I removed a few too feel that they were cold. Chicken tenders were refried, dark and hardyou could see the old batter. I leave my business to go and return the food only for the door to be locked. Someone let me in, I’m assuming an employee and I go to the counter. Music blasting, no smell of food at all. The fry guy is peeping while the young lady call the manager to give me my money back. Oh the music is off at this point. I watch as fry guy send another burnt order out. I told the cashier to tell him he know he wouldn’t eat anything like that. I left feeling like the cooks are rubbing the meat between their legs, that’s how little they care about this establishment or their customers. They need to close down for a few days and revamp this place. No more fast food for me. I’m traumatized.

This location is fast. Not very friendly though, just tried the new gyro here 5/10 fr. The pita was way to soft, and the sauce did not hit any where near “I’d eat that again”…milkshakes here are 8/10. Inside never opened so drive thru only.

Since opening day I eat at this location twice a week sometimes four No surprise there are a lot of Youth working there so all orders aren’t perfect – however there’s a promise to fix the problem ,the politeness , the courtesy and the speed to get your food to you is definitely there and makes up for any error. Im thankful to have this location in our area great job guys

Customer service was decent first time going here our sandwich was essentially cold the only thing hot was the cheddar that we got for our beef and cheddar. our fries were old and dry but they said we had to wait for fries so I’m not sure what that was about .overall though disappointing I mean it could’ve been better how hard is it to ask for hot food especially when we’re the only people in line no one else was there

The service was surprisingly personable and fast when we went. She seemed very genuine and I felt cared about as a customer (not like I’m an intruder like quite a few other fast few places…) She was actually awesome at Customer service!! As far as the food went, my order was incorrect and the curly fries tasted like they were cooked in old grease. But props to the lady who shared her personalble attitude which was contagious and I almost didn’t mind the meh food. I’d give them another try. The back kitchen may have just been having a bit of an off day.
