Terrible service. Everyone was so sour you can tell they hate their jobs. Sauce dispensers were empty. No yea at 8pm. I’ve spent some time in San Francisco and it’s a shame when California has nicer residents than the south. Whatever happened to southern hospitality?

Enjoyed stopping by for a sandwich. Dining in was pleasant as the restaurant was clean & staff was friendly. I watched them interact with other customers & using the customers name, as well as taking their order outside to them. That milkshake was delicious & probably the best one I’ve had in a very long time.

It was the worst Arby’s I have ever been in. If I could give minus 5 stars I would. I ordered 2 cherry turnovers to go. My husband opened the first one and it was grease soaked and probably 5 days old. Here are the pictures. Absolutely horrible. I also bought a cookie and it was rock hard and probably 5 days old, I can`t believe they are still in business. We usually love Arby’s but not this one.

I went to try the wagu burger. Only two people in line yet the manager told the cashier not to take my order because they were overwhelmed. The cashier apologized and I had to wait 10 minutes to order. Burger was overcooked as they advertise its cooked medium. The food in the gas station it’s connected to looks more appealing.

This is the ONLY Arbys that I have visited that is filthy, flies everywhere,lackluster service, employees sitting around at tables talking when the tables are filthy. This is the second time I’ve been here and there WILL NOT be a third experience. Turkey sandwich must have been made ahead of time and refrigerated. It was cold and bread was so hard. Fries barely warm. My husbands sandwich was hard and dry and tough. No lids for cups. And again, it was FILTHY.

Ordered a meal. They forgot my fries then gave me attitude for coming back through drive through. Had to reprint the receipt and double check my order. I know mistakes happen but just fix it don’t give me attitude.

Stood in line 35 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. Wasn’t until drive-thru customer pulled up and I heard them say we are doing a shift change. All the employee’s seemed unhappy. Horrible customer interaction and horrible customer service

I told the lady I didn’t want to donate and she insisted on adding a donation anyway. They were out of many of their drinks and they got my food order wrong and it’s burnt. hate dealing with this place.
