worst arbys. today i went for the first time in a while and upon arrival the customer service wasnt the best but hey its shreveport, you rarely get good customer service here anyways. I ordered a Large strawberry lemonade, and normally i get the same size large cup you would get for a large fountain drink. no i got a medium. when i asked the woman about it she laughed and said it was a large. idk but i didnt know arbys charged $3.49 for a medium drink lol. Next time ill just get my mozzarella sticks and strawberry lemonade at sonic

The food is spectacular. The service on the other hand is very opposite. The workers are just quiet and act like I don’t exist. They ask my order and that’s it, they make me feel invisible. I can say thank you to them and they just look through me never saying a word.
