I absolutely love the Greek gyros at Arby’s. It’s my favorite thing on any fast food menu. And today I tried their Mint chocolate chip shake and it’s so so much better than McDonald’s shamrock shake. Arby’s really has a great menu and this location was great. Friendly service and amazing food as always.

I followed Google to where it said this Arby’s in Arkadelphia was located. However, there was no Arby’s there? Is it closed? Did it move? This was around 7 pm on a Friday night, so should have been open.

I stopped in at the drive through tonite several employees inside but couldn’t get anyone to take my order. I guess the employees sitting around taking a break and Arby’s has made enough on sales for the day. I don’t know how it stays open either the drink machines are broken or the employees don’t want to take orders from outside. Will be awhile before I return.

This day that we stopped at Arby’s we were traveling through. We had just bought a four-wheeler for the boys so it was night walked in was greeted immediately. She was super busy and told us that when we was ready to place our order that she would be right with us just holler for her. She did really well at helping us with the menu. There was no one there on the inside so we got to enjoy this place to ourselves and enjoyed our meal it tasted delicious. Was glad that we chose Arby’s for that night’s dinner.❤️

It’s a smaller, older restaurant. The staff was loud and having conversations that are inappropriate in front of customers. They allowed a customer they knew in the kitchen. There was only one clean table and no employees were making any effort to clean up. Then after they read this review they replied to ask more but sent a broken link. Arby’s as a business, built an empire doing one thing well, roast beef sandwiches with their focus on being the best with a limited menu. Since expanding the menu it seems they have lost their way. It’s no surprise so many have closed.
