My wife and I recently visited and felt compelled to walk out during ordering. It was all due to a worker in the back with a horrible attitude. I ordered a beef and cheddar with a side of au jus and asked if I could get my sandwich cut in half. The cashier yelled back to cut it in half but the woman in back looked outraged at the request and said, “You better get them a knife.” Now, I know there are sandwiches that are served cut in half so my request wasn’t a big one, but even if it was, the attitude was not called for.

I went in to order my food to go there was people standing outside waiting on their orders they said for 45 minutes but i went in amd ordered my food anyways and when i got my order home my half pound combo was a beef and chedder and my roast beef gyro was covered in the sauce i didnt eat it the fries were old fries.I called the next day i was told to bring in my receipt and the manager instead of giving my money back she remade my order and when i checked it when i got in the car there was spit in my gyro i guess Arbys needs better managers and crew

Store was nasty! Food was nasty! Fries looked like they were old then just put in the oil again to make them hot again very nasty! Couldn’t even eat it.. waited forever for anyone to even take our order and very rude staff!

Every time you have to wait on your foor this time I was waiting for over 25 minutes after I paid!!! Waited 15 minutes after I ordered. All I ordered was 4 roast beef sandwiches and some cheese sticks!!! Was almost late for work !!!!!

I ordered food and they made my order incorrectly. I was calling to the women 3 times she either did not hear me or flat out ignored me. My car got blocked in by there food truck and they had to help direct me out of the parking lot. The first and last time I will go to Jacksonville Arby’s. I’m VERY disappointed. Thank you to the guy that helped me out.

The service was off a little the lady charge me for extra item I caught it she refund me. Had I not looked at my receipt I wouldve paid for item I never received. The restaurant had a good flow of traffic however no one was maintaining the lobby it wasnt clean. The food was hot and fresh I appreciate that. Over all the service was good.
