I don’t eat much at Arby’s but their curly fries are top tier, just perfectly greasy, crunchy and well seasoned. Love it. Sometimes their roast beef sandwich is alright too.

Food was fine. But they charged me $6.70 for 3 small cups for WATER and when i challenged it, he told me too bad and hes sorry. He was new i think. I shouldve talked to a manager. No fast food charges for cups for water! Made me so mad! And the small lids did not fit the small cups. 2 ppl tried.

Service was quick. Many people working. Restaurant was dirty but it was extremely busy. Reason for a 3 is due to ordering a large curly fry and the box wasn’t full. I pointed this out before leaving the counter with my food and was told that that is all they were allowed to put in a large due to shortage.

Went to Arby’s for dinner ordered the 5 piece strip meal, 9 piece nugget meal spicy chicken sandwich and smokehouse brisket and got everything but my smokehouse brisket. It’s too far to drive to go back and get the sandwich I’m missing but it would be nice to have gotten all our food after waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru. At least it was still hot. Also the sweet tea sucks!!

Ok, my weakness is the inability to deal with stupid people. I admit it. Just no….. I’ve been to Arby’s in Madison Wisconsin multiple times, in Benton Arkansas many times, and others across the country and have never seen such a three ring circus slideshow in all my life.. Nonstop shrill psychotic screaming and needless bellowing as well as profanity and inappropriate conversations. Albeit no one comes to a fastfood place for a professional atmosphere, they certainly do not come to see and hear these atrocities. Why the nonstop yelling and belittling? Appalling lack of professionalism. Feel sorry for the few sane people who work there. Some people are stuck there but some can certainly do better in life. Management apparently has no interest in remedying the problem. Probably won’t be back. I don’t witness this at other restaurants and I’ve sat at some for awhile! ♀️ As I was standing there tired, hungry, annoyed, and wanting to leave, the cashier didn’t chase people down who hurriedly ran off without their receipt, cups, and whatever else they negligently left behind. Who’s going to run after grown people? I personally wouldn’t hold anyone’s hand who’ lacks accountability. ♀️ Definitely a daycare in there. Avoid the hell out of it Grown people acting like fools. Not all but a lot.

For starters commercial said mac n cheese was 2 for 5..went to resturant and they said 2 for 6..so I got it ..they weren’t even 1/4 full..I’ve gotten this before and it had so much more.we literally stired it and and our forks hit the bottom of the bowl…6.00 for this?? I called the resturant they said they weigh each one. I told them that I get this atleast twice a week and it’s never been thos low of amount..very disappointed with this trip…if this is what they think is worth 6.00..they can keep their.mac n cheese…
