I mostly go through the drive through. The sandwiches have always been good. Fries are hit or miss. Half the time they are hot and fresh, and half the time not so much. If the fries aren’t fresh then they are complete garbage. I have thrown them away uneaten on more than one occasion. I also love the cookies but am confused if they are supposed to be served warm or not. Again, about half the time they serve me warm cookies and half the time not. Because of this, I am not really sure how they are supposed to be served. When served warm they are super good. When not warm they aren’t great. I ended up heating them in my microwave to make them warm and good. So basically this place is decent, but needs to work on consistency between staff members to make sure food is being served the same way every time you go.

Arby’s is really the only fast roast beef place around here, and I’ve only had a couple of bad experiences with the chain. This one is fairly new and zero issues. Curly fries and Orange Dream Shake were on point.

This is location is fairly new. I’ve been there only 5 or 6 times. Always used the drive through. They kept it moving quickly and only got our order wrong 1 time which they quickly fixed. Food was good.

The sandwiches were good. The pecan chicken salad sandwich was generous. And the Jamoca machine was running. In contrast to other Arbey’s where they claim the Jamoca machine is always broken. So theses guys are making the extra effort so please give them a try.

The roast beef sandwiches were decent enough, but the curly fries were disappointing. Mostly small, broken bits of fries, they tasted old and kind of hard, and they didn’t even full the medium-size cartons they came in! Sad thing is that this is a recurring issue with this place.
