Was having a rough day and they helped me so much!! Got groceries for my kids who are home sick and some food for supper. Specifically asked where the juice for the French dip was & was told in with FF. Nope. Got home and no juice or sandwich either one!! I know better than to leave town with double checking the bags but since I asked and he was quick with the answer I trusted them. Won’t be going back for a while cuz this is t the first time!

I generally enjoy Arby’s and had it more often before I moved to Searcy. The Searcy Arby’s has closed down earlier than its posted hours twice that I’ve personally experienced. They have told a door dash driver that their machines were off and they couldn’t turn them back on the make the food I’d ordered which had been accepted by them (not sure if it’s automatic on their end or not). I’m in food service myself and try to give the benefit of the doubt but then today I had subpar customer service there. Basically while ordering the question from the cashier was “what do you want?” and “is that all?” In a very flat tone. When I get food from there I never have a problem with food quality but someone should address the customer experience at this Arby’s.
