Had a beef and cheddar meal today with crinkle cut fries and a 4 piece nuggets. The bronco berry sauce went well with the nuggs. It’s a bit like sweet-n-sour sauce. The sandwich was good and neatly assembled. The Arby sauce is kind of meh but there aren’t any other options I like so I just go with it. Customer service was excellent so overall a good experience.

My wife asked for chocolate on her and my daughter’s jamocha shakes and the girl says don’t know if I can get it on there then she turns and tells a coworker I don’t know why she wants chocolate on it anyway. Nice way to end my anniversary. Thanks.

Great food as usual had to wipe down the table we sat at, one of the staff was rather loud in the kitchen really didn’t need to hear them when we were sat at the window seats. Other than that was a pleasant meal.

My comments about Arby’s were placed in Sonic’s reviews. Sonic to me is too expensive and they’re food, too basic and bland. Lately, slushes are bland too. I Have ordered up to four flavor add-ins and it’s still bland. Come on! We aren’t getting skimp’d on our flavor swirts ;Are we?

Used the online ordering to get a 3 dollar discount and even made sure to upgrade to large size and get extra cheese sauce to be sure order was over the amount to get the discount, but didn’t get the discount. Won’t be doing that again. Why is it that tech never works? Fries were fresh and hot, so there’s that…and food is good enough for a fast food place. Just wish the technology would have worked. Inflation keeps going up so I won’t be able to make it back to Arby’s for awhile!

It was sIow, I didn’t have to wait in line to place my order but I waited in line to get my Waygu Steakhouse burger. I should have followed my first mind and got my money back because the bag wasn’t hot, or warm to touch. I got home my fries were so cool that the grease on them rubbed off, the burger looked nothing like the picture with tomatoes that were barely pink and I had dish towel strings in my burger. What make it really horrible is the manager is the one who made my order…….NEVER AGAIN
