I got a cheddar and beef sandwich and fries. The fries was cold. The sandwich had so much grease running out of it it was terrible. The vomited up grease so bad had to flush 3 times to get it out of the toilet. Disgusting . I will never go back again.

So today I went through the drive thru and got the Roast Turkey Ranch and Bacon Wrap and instead I get the sandwich version of it. I’ve ordered this multiple times and never had this problem until now. They’re even saying that it’s my fault because I didn’t ask for the wrap and can’t do anything about it

Went in to have dinner with my wife, drink machine not operational and the condiments station was partly disassemble but not recognizable to a non employee. With that being said my wife tried to use it, resulting in her getting covered in sauce… The employee working didn’t even apologize only stated that she had not had an inside customer in over two hours…. Purely rude….

The place that Big Herb goes for all of his meat fantasies! Truly a meatastic adventure every time! Update: Slid up in here today. Had to repeat order three times. Order wasn’t correct. The wife’s samich had a freaky bun with random lettuce pieces on it. Was let down. Hopefully next time is better. Usually is a good experience.
