We were the only customers. Everyone was standing around with arms crossed. We ordered two sandwiches, one with no tomatoes. They put the tomatoes on anyway. We were still the only customers. The five employees then giggled the entire time we were there. We did not eat the food and will never be back.

It’s frustrating when you order a large and get told the drink sizes have gone down to a medium for the lemonade. When I come in every other day and get my 32 Oz large lemonade and then the presenter gets an attitude about me correcting her for what I ordered. Lazy employee refused to remake my drink to the right size.

I work here but they deserve this review. I ordered food here on Saturday night. I waited what seemed like forever in the drive through. The food was cold. The kids working were playing along with the night shift supervisor. They acted like getting my order was a huge inconvenience for them. They seemed to want to socialize than work. This is the second experience I have had like this. If I go in the daytime service and food are better.

This Arby’s is always one of our favorite eat stops when we are in the area. Food is hot, fresh and employees always serve top notch food. Roast beef cheddar and curly fries are the best! We definitely recommend this location for a delicious lunch!

I just went in the lobby and ordered to go. I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes, with no greeting, no “I’ll be right with you”, nothing. As I waited for my order, what appeared to be two off duty employees were behind the counter with their drinks socializing, which I consider unprofessional. Then a group of young people dressed for what looked like a prom or something came in and all the employees were at the counter visiting with them. All the while, my order still wasn’t completed. When I did get it, I asked for Arby’s sauce and was told they were out of the packets. They directed me to the pump over at the soda station. I finally asked if they wanted me to just take the pump with me, considering my order was to go. I asked for something to pump some sauce into, and was reluctantly handed two condiment cups with sauce in them. It just didn’t sit well with me from beginning to end. The employees seemed more interested in their visiting, rather than showing interest in a paying customer. Disappointing experience all around.
