Today, I felt like a Ruben sandwich. They did not disappoint. Asked for horsey sauce, and it added just a little kick. Sometimes, the au juice is a little too salty for me, but the French dip is usually one of my go-to. Get the sauces. They will make a difference.

The food was what I expected. Fresh and hot. However, the service as a customer standing at the counter was sad. I noticed that vehicles arrived after I walked in the door drove away before my order was taken. My conversation with others waiting for food or service shared a feeling of being unappreciated or unwanted. Not a good image to be projected by staff.

It was okay didn’t like that they just assumed I wanted curly frys. Wish they still had the small rost beef it had a much better meat to cheese, and bread ratio than the regular rost beef sandwich

After sitting unanswered at the drive through speaker for almost 5 minutes I pulled around to the window. They were very rude saying they didn’t hear my loud truck pull up and insisted I would have to drive back through the now very long line to order at the speaker again.

Manager seems to ignore orders placed through the app, had to wait 30 plus minutes after app said my order should be ready and they had no one in lobby or drive thru, so not busy.

Not impressed in the least by the quality of the meal I purchased. I ordered online and still had to wait 30 minutes for my food. When we got home to eat we find that we were not given anywhere near enough sauces for 5 meals, 3 packets of each. We also received no napkins on our take out order. One soda was nothing but carbonated water, no flavor. And only one of the kids meals had a toy. I will not be going back and will not be recommending this location to anyone else.
