Tryed the new burger from Arby’s. This was the freshest burger I’ve tasted in a long time. Vary natural filling on the pallet, no extra fats or what not that I’ve tasted in other burgers. I highly recommend Arby’s burgers. For people who want a good tasting burger with not a lot of grease. Only gave the service a 4stare only because the assistant manager refused to come over and talk to me.

i’ve only met like one or two people that actually treated me with some sort of respect. when i ask for something to be taken off or added or even asking for sauce, they act like it effects their paycheck. the food is delicious i just wish some people up there had BETTER customer service.

It’s always a treat to grab a bite to eat at Arby’s! Their signature shakes are legendary! The curly fries are famous! The sandwich skills are outstanding! Sauce fans, welcome to the table! Employee threw the food on the counter after standing there for 10 minutes without saying hello. Took 20 minutes to get our food. Restaurant was not busy at all three tables is all they had. We had to actually ask to place an order. Three other families in the restaurant we’re having the same problem. The manager Ann Delong had no apologies and no authority over her workers. Worst experience ever. Picture below shows the manager and the very rude employee. The drive-through employee also was very rude

Service was fair. The usual cashier moved up. They got stingy with the meat. Tasted ok. First picture is the Pow Mia table. I gave them a 3 because of this table. Second picture is the huge ball of fries that didn’t cook.

There is no point of having a drive thru at this location if it takes 30 minutes to get your order. Currently sitting in line… might be able to give you updates things are so slow. New management needed. I install arby’s kitchens across the u.s. and there has never been one this slow. No exaduration.
