Usually a nice experience. Lady must’ve been having a bad day. There was a misunderstanding on our part with our order. We asked for the small meal on accident forgetting that it’s usually just a Reg or Large meal. She gave small drinks so we asked if the small is cheaper than the Reg to see if it was still a good deal. She gave a huff and shut the window while we were inquiring. We tried to get her attention but she ignored us. So we decided to just go somewhere else, but we needed the card back. Tried getting her attention some more, still got ignored. She charged the card before finally opening the window. In her defense it was probably frustrating, but it was also frustrating for us being ignored as well. Guess we were both frustrated. Just a bad experience. Mildly irritating.

The night crew that worked Monday and Tuesday night were outstanding. They were friendly, polite and had a sense of humor. The food surprisingly tasted great even though it was just before closing time. I was very thankful that they didn’t close early and that they didn’t give me grief for showing up right at closing time when there was winter weather and ice on the roads. The interior of the restaurant was also surprisingly clean. The interior of this location looks a lot better then the exterior might lead you to believe.

My roast beef was cold and had thick pieces and thin pieces is not the normal Arby’s roast beef but I won’t eat another one there in Edmond that one is nasty do cashier was kind of grubby like she didn’t look very clean at all and yeah just made the whole experience nasty nasty
