Didn’t get all of my order, shorted me a whole 5 piece chicken tenders large meal. Was rushed out of there. Won’t let me post thereceipt. Happened just before 7pm. Straight ridiculous to not check before giving the customer the order. Can’t even leave feedback from the qr code on the receipt cause the ink from printer was horrible. Arby’s manager please fix this. Thanks.

It’s been 20mins since I’ve been sitting in the drive thru waiting on a chicken sandwich… First, it had no cheese. The second try, it was cold as ice. Waiting to see how the third time is while the rest of my food/fries get cold… I don’t understand how hard it is to get a simple chicken sandwich made correctly the first time, but it IS fast(ironic, huh?) food quality and quality of workers for a reason. Avoid this Arby’s. Your blood pressure and nerves will thank you later.

Ordered the new garlic ribeye sandwich. The entire piece of meat inside was one big piece of fat. Not a single piece was edible. Extremely disappointed. My dog wouldn’t even eat it.

Went there and bought the 4 for $10, paid extra for cheese and didn’t get any. The roast beef on the sandwiches was old and had a crust to it! Disgusting food and terrible/rude staff. I’d give them a zero if I could.

This Arby’s compared to others is one of the worst I’ve ever been to. I’ve lived close enough to this one for 4 years and have never been where my order was correct or feeling appreciated. The food is always half cold, not right, and almost has no meat. And I think that is supposed to be their thing right? Arby’s, where’s the meat?! SMH… If you’re in the neighborhood… Pick somewhere else.
