Ordered the roast beef, with cheese was assured it had cheese on it after returning home there was no cheese. After going back to the restaurant showing that it had no cheese and getting a new sandwich which again I was assured had cheese I was surprised to find no cheese again.

I tried the Classic Chicken Sandwich today with medium drink and fries. And this is what I got!!! I thought for sure they put a small piece from the strips by mistake. I went to the front and asked if that was really the Clasdic Chicken Sandwich and they said yes. I sat down then decided that it was ridiculous to accept that for a $9 meal so I got a refund and the manager said they do not control the size of the chicken.. very sad that Arby’s accept this product for their customers. I will not go back

My beef and cheddar was not hot. This is not their fault: it was a mess. Well, it being cold WAS their fault. That I chose to eat it in my car was not. Point of order: do not eat cold, or any, for that matter, beef and cheddar sammies in your vehicle. You will regret this.

So after todays frustration 1st my order got rang up wrong with 3 different fry sizes so I had to order another. They did not giving enough sauce. My major problem was that you have 2 loaded curly fry options make it known or if it’s just the new recipe and you no longer serve the other make it known cause the original loaded curly fries is what I wanted and yall gave me some spicy chicken.

The service was horrible like they were all stoned. Had me pull up and wait in the drive thru and it took like 15 minutes before the guy brought my order and told me his manager gets confused sometimes lol. Low and behold my order was missing my fries to my combo. Then I had to go in because the drive thru was backed up. They took forever to acknowledge I was in there then finally gave me my fries. They were hot and fresh this time though so a point for that! Food is so good when it’s fresh as it should be especially since its so expensive!
