They are chronically understaffed. Don’t even bother going in. Just go through the drive-thru or else you will stand by the cash register for at least 5 minutes before anyone even makes eye contact with you. Much less greets you or says hello or even acts courteous in any way.

SLOW SLOW!! This was the third time in last month I decided to stop by to grab a quick dinner after work. This was the third and last time I attempt to visit this location. Each time, there were less 4 vehicles in line ahead of me and I’ve left after waiting over 10 minutes and not able to order.

Went thu the drive thur took over 20 minutes to get 3 sandwiches and cold fry’s, went in to get sauce, kid on the meat slicer is doing awesome! (About 10 sandwiches ahead of the other 2 walking in circles looking busy)The other 2 working not so much wish I would have gotten names but was already annoyed should have gotten a refund and went somewhere else

We arrived and we watched the server greet the person in front of us. We heard him greet the person in the drive thru letting them know that there were 2 of them there and he would be with them as soon as he could and we walk up and he stares at us and does not say one word, not one, no smile and his look was actually cold. At that point we decided to leave. I hate to assume that it was due to our skin color not being the same as his. Either way this type of service was unacceptable.

Started out floors were sticky!! Got a attitude from general manager. Then waited 35 minutes for our food!!! Once we got our food they got it wrong and we were missing food!!! Would not recommend coming here!!
