Service is always super helpful, and they help us to stay on top of latest deals and promotions. We really enjoy the “Two Can Dine” coupon that comes out a few times per year. Only stroke against them is that the place usually has debris and trash on the floor or tables.

The fries seem to taste like they are cooked In old oil, they were cold, the crinkle fries need to be crispy ( cooked a little bit longer because they were Al dente) the curly fries had a funny taste.

Second time at this Arby’s employees had a hard time understanding a simple order through the drive-thru continue to ask over and over the same questions for simple orders we had no special orders even at the end of the order the food was not done right and instead of one order they made us two separate orders frustrated we did not return and ask for it to be made right or for anything else we will remind ourselves not to return to this Arby’s again.

Just went through the lonentontry the new chicken. Nuggets. I told the lady at the window. I will pull to the side please my food fresh. She said okay we are waiting on fries. I pull up waiting for my food. Fries are fresh but these nuggets are nasty as hell probably been sitting there a couple hours and they taste like old grease. Man you can get good food anymore. This place is hit and miss. You can tell the chicken just dry lol. Just wanted to add. Went back again to give it another try ordered the chicken sandwhich could barely break the chicken with my hands. I will never eat at this location again. You can never get fresh food.

Wellll, I was there for 30+ mins. I sat at the speaker/radio for 5+ mins, waiting to order, tried to get their attention, no one ever came over the speaker, so I pulled forward, then they came over the speaker and the guy behind me got to order. When I got to the window, I had to tell them, that was the order for the next guy. I ordered, the lady at the window had a horrible attitude, closed the window on me before I even finished ordering, and walked away to start making it. The dude with the headset came to the window, apologised for not hearing it beep when I pulled up, he told her the rest of my order, while she was very audibly complaining about it in the background the entire time. They had me pull forward, waited another 10 mins for the food. My order was messed up, since she cut me off. I specifically asked for no tomatoes, or onions, and got both. It wasn’t a complicated order. 1 meal, 1 wrap, that was it. They also failed to include my receipt with the food. 2-3 other cars got their food and left before I got mine. Only good part of this visit, was that the dude was super nice, and talked to me about my car.

This Arby’s has always been hit or miss,mostly miss.Not today, they got a crew that was getting it done!My ChickenBaconClubCombo was awesome, got it fast,the lobby was open and with the promotional coupon, my meal was 6.52 total. I’m having 90’s flashbacks when Arby’s was one of my faves. Great Job! This old white guy is very happy.
