Second time around my burger being not thoroughly cooked. I even specifically stated and requested for my burger to be well done just because of these previous experiences. Everything else with the food was wonderful. Cooks should just consider the need to be more aware and less rushing.

Service was good, nice young lady took my order, very polite and had a clean appearance. The main problem was the food, ordered waygu burger, with curly fries and mozzarella sticks. Burger was fresh and up to par with other locations around okc. The mozzarella sticks were EXTREMELY OLD. I could tell they had been out for a long time, also the curly fries were cold and also very old.

We tried their new Steakhouse Garlic Ribeye sandwich, crinkle cut fries and they were fresh and delicious. Also got 2 of their salted caramel chocolate chip cookies. Was disappointed that they are not back on location anymore, but they were still delicious and put them in the microwave for a few seconds and they taste like they came straight out of the oven.

Dangerous! Do not eat here. They served my daughter raw chicken and then told me “it happens some times” and then proceeded to offer me another batch of raw chicken! No thank you I do not want more of the raw chicken you served my daughter don’t want it to “happen” again. Did not give me a refund however I didn’t ask for one i was to angry and my daughter was crying! Arbys is a joke. Now I understand why people never eat here! Oh and I’m still waiting on the so called e mail guest services promised me so I could have a copy of my complaint. Place is a joke! Also the pictures below aren’t even the worse. The so called store manager took the extremely under cooked one before I could take a picture and would not give it back. That one literally looked raw all over under the bread. Again please for your health do not eat here.
