The food was good. Please stop changing the menu options. My wife loves the Pecan Chicken salad sandwich, but again, you pulled them. We were eating at Arby’s 3 times a week. Now we will go back once every 2 or 3 weeks! Bummer!!!

If your any type management dont argue or talk loud to employees in the lobby about scheduling conflicts where customers can hear that your just giving the store bad vibes on how the store is ran ,take it to the back to the office if there issues. I spent $50 here, got all the way home, and realized they gave me a #2 instead of a #1. When I got there the manager wouldn’t remake the sandwiches and just gave me a cup of cheese…that’s ridiculous. It was nasty anyway, save your money.

This Arby’s is a good one, the whole restaurant is clean, wide open spaces ( plenty of areas to sit) and the floors and tables are very clean with friendly workers. I ordered a few roastbeefs with curly fries and Archu sauce, everything was Hot and delicious. This one is located off of Sw 104th May, go ahead and come here. Much better than the Arby’s located at Sw 59th. This has became a favorite spot to eat!

Customer Service at the Arby’s on 104th and S May Ave has LEVELED UP! The last few times I’ve been to this location, the employees working the drive-thru have had exceptional communication and personability skills. Each has seemed to genuinely vare about making my brief encounter positive and enjoyable. In a world where most fast food employees seem to hate their lives, these employees seem happy to be there, and that says a lot to me!
