I love the food. However, management doesn’t really seem to helpful to new hires. I came through the drive through and I paid partial cash and card. Poor kid couldn’t get his drawer to open and asked for help and no one came. So we waited while the line got got longer. My food came out and one of his coworkers had to assist him.

The worst I’ve ever had! Disgusting that because it’s an out going order they felt it was ok to give this to people. They were right as after cmg out from urgent care wanting to go home n not feeling like cooking then this. Didn’t want to waste gas going bk to what get a certificate! Won’t be going bk EVER!!!!! Still Great Food!! The stores are so lacking in any decor it seems almost like the school lunchroom. Without the condiments they used to have, there is nothing welcoming about the “dining room”. A fake plant or some inspirational plaques or funny signs would at least give your customers something to read while eating or waiting for takeout.

So I go to drive tho two cars in front of me an nobody in lobby set there 20 minutes to get to order I order the fish an fries two orders an chicken bacon ranch fries drive 15 miles home to find out fish is hard as a rock NO fries with the fish ether order the chicken bacon ranch has no ranch or chicken I will never every go here again to this one they do not care about the customer in this store oo an no recit to show what I order but it came up to $19.26 need all new people here

The food is always hot and usually right, but be prepared to be there for a while when you order. If there’s anyone in line when you get there, ya might as well go somewhere else. If ya really want arbys, take a snack so ya don’t miss a meal while you wait in line.

Food was as well as can be expected, but the staff was on their phones and playing around, when there is obviously much they could be doing instead of texting and playing around. Place the order for dine in and they don’t even use trays, just throw everything in a bag and yell your name……

Just went through Arby’s on Sheridan. They messed my order up so when I called them all they could say was da…, Daa…, Daa…. He would not listen to what I was saying I paid for my meal but they gave me someone else’s. He still didn’t get it. Spent $23.00 on food I didn’t order, and will not eat.
