Sent friend to get mobile order. When he got there they said they had no mobile order for me and so i had to leave work to go get my food. Lady at drive thru said they started making my order as he was pulling off. So i get my food was old and cold. The lady basically threw the bag at me and it ripped spilling my food. No sauces that i asked for and no straws.

Ever since they started doing crinkle fries that’s what I ordered. This visit, just 75% of my other visits they sent the wrong fries. I did go back in and they made it right. Fast isn’t having to order twice.

My wife’s fish sandwich was cold. They replaced it, no problem. The girl who took my order wasn’t too bright. Had to repeat order twice before it sank in her head. Ordered food for inside dining but got food in a bag plus an extra food item I didn’t order.
