Clean facility, friendly staff. All the meat on a French Dip should not be on 1 clump on 1 end. Spread it out. It was this way on all the sandwiches we got for the whole family. I ordered a LG Jamocha Shake and got a Small and was argued with about it being the correct size when I used to manage an Arbys so I know better… also, donr give the customers fries that sat and dried out for hours. Our fries were a mix of 2 kinds and dried tf out.

Below I have added a photo of a Beef and Cheddar sandwich with Red ranch Sauce. Because apparently when you ask the employees at the Arby’s in Claremore Oklahoma to put red ranch sauce on a sandwich their brains malfunction and don’t do the simply task of putting SAUCE ON A SANDWITCH. We’ve been their multiple times and asked for this to be done in simply terms, but they just don’t get it. Maybe they weren’t taught how by a manager that just doesn’t care, so hopefully they will see the picture and save the valuable information for future reference.

Not worth the money. Crinkle cut fries were drenched in salt that they were not edible. The chicken in my chicken wrap was hard, old tasting, and dry. Even the damn tortilla wrap was tough! My husbands roast beef sandwich was so salty too that he wasn’t able to finish it. I don’t know if it was the meat or the cheese sauce that made it so salty. The young man that was taking our order seem dazed and confused if ya get my drift. It is super irritating when you think you’re going to the “better” option of fast foods and you end up wishing you would have just went to McDonald’s!
