Love Arby’s. Unfortunately, this location is trash. Trash service, trash food. When we arrived, there was only one order ahead of us, and one car in the drive-through. Took 20 minutes to get my small order, and there was a line of people inside and out by the time I left. One lady waited long enough to ask for her money back. After waiting all that time, they had VERY sloppily prepared my food, with pitiful portions. The rib slider, which normally has two ribs, had only one and a couple tiny burnt scraps to “make up” for the other. Nonsense. Not the first time this location has shown complete incompetence during my visit. Definitely won’t come back to this location.

I would have given all 5 starts but when we ordered our food with no tomatoes the other day because of a allergy and they still put tomatoes on the food. They didn’t replace my order either. Other than this time completely wasting our money on food that couldn’t be eaten because of a allergy, we always love the food and the service.

Way toooooo much sauce on the buffalo wrap and little to no chicken. Tried to eat it but couldn’t. Had about half left and tried to trade it or get money back. They refused!

I’m not a person that likes to cause a scene, but, when I order a sandwich that looks like the one on the menu, and actually get this, I will say something. After going back in and speaking with the manger, being told that it was made to weight and that they make the pictures look good, there was nothing wrong with it. HELLO! why do I feel like a “bait and switch”. Needless to say not happy AT ALL

What’s not to love about Arby’s? We went through the drive through. Line was moving fast! Our sandwiches were fresh and meat was perfection, curly fries were fresh and hot! Very nice young man took our order and served it with a friendly smile.
