Absolutely disappointed. Dine in at 4. Empty lobby. A few in drive thru. Ordered one wrap, one French dip, and one large fry. After 20 min went to the counter and they acted like they forgot about our order. Kids behind the counter joking and unprofessional. When we finally received the order it was cold and slopped together. The restrooms were cleaner than the lobby. Dead flies in a windowsill. Beverage station hadnt been wiped down all day. Will be going to west tulsa from now on. Sad such a bad establishment so close to the school.

17.74 for 2 burgers with no meal. Lukewarm at best and felt cold. Asked the guy with nose piercings at the drive through if he pulled it off the heat lamp he hesitated then said no. Finally asking if I wanted them to remake the burger. No if you can’t make it right the first time how would you make it right the second time. Will never order from this brand again.

Only complaints I have is they told me they were out of roast beef a few times!! Like what!!?!! And I didn’t get my French dip one day with my order so I had to go all the way back. But they made it right friendly staff

I hate to say, but you asked. I did not eat there! I went to the bathroom 1st, and it was filthy and nasty at 12:05. No toilet paper, no soap. I couldn’t stay. I had to go elsewhere to eat.

Got the burger and drink. First off for the burger is the same as a meal elsewhere. For a burger and drink it was over $10. It is $2.49 for a “medium” drink….which may be 20 oz. Medium was 32oz until recently. Crew member said they “downsized” their drinks.

I got Jalapeño poppers they were cold. Then got and apple turnover it was cold. I expect after buying a lunch and spending 12.00 my food would be hot. My sandwich was good. All the rest was cold. Very disappointed

The fry cook was sucking on a candy cane, no gloves and it didn’t look like there were any supervisor around. Was grossed out by this behavior. I like Arby’s but I don’t want to eat food if the person handling it hasn’t been trained and the company doesn’t seem to care.

I ordered a large lemonade. It was very expensive and very small. They should let you know the fresh lemonades larges are so small! My meal was $13 and some change. These prices are so rediculous!
