Went there around 6:30 on a Sunday evening. Wasn’t very busy. Place looks nice on the inside. It was clean. The bathroom was clean as well. The men’s is a one seater. Just FYI. I am not sure about the women’s. Staff was very friendly and promptly took my order. I had the new BBQ Rib sandwich. It was good. I was more of a fan of the BBQ sauce than the ribs. It tasted about as good as what you’d expect a fast food place to have. Not bad at all. The roast beef is where it’s at though. Always great! I also got an order of curly fries with a cup of cheese. The fries were not very good this time. Neither was the cheese. They usually are pretty good. I feel like I got the ones that were made this morning or something. Also, to be transparent, my order was to go and its about a 10-15 minute drive home. It kind of tastes like it was time to change the oil maybe. The cheese just didnt taste as cheesey as i remember. For lack of a better term, it tasted kind of watered down. That’s the only reason. I didn’t give them 5 stars. Otherwise everything was great! Staff made sure I had the sauces I needed and I left. Would go back for sure. My order: ×3 1/2 lb roast beef, ×1 rib sandwich, x1 large curly fries and a cup of cheese. Total was 31 bucks and some change. Used the QR code on the app and got $5 off. So total ended up being $27 and some change after taxes.

This Arby’s is very clean and well kept. My service was very fast. In a previous visit my app wasn’t working (I couldn’t order and use my coupon) and the young gentleman who was working gave me 25% off of my order, which was so very nice of him. I highly recommend coming here.

Ordered over 30 dollars in food. I was told to pull forward for fresh fries hey no problem I’ll wait for fresh product. I get home to old fries under semi fresh ones and chicken patties that looked like they were re dipped in grease. Customer Service is just horrible. Went back for a remake and worker seemed like she was bothered to remake and let me just tell you they had no one in drive thru nor inside. I work fast food have been for over 15 years and yes I’ve had some angry customers before but never treated them like I was that day mind you I was nice about it I wasn’t rude nor talked to her in a ugly manner. Never again.

I used the drive thru. While waiting I observed a male worker chewing on his fingernails. He’d stop and the proceed to start again! It was really gross. He then proceed to use cash register with same hand and gave change to customer. No gloves. It was really unsettling! Not sure I’ll be back. Food was good though.
