The lobby was closed at 7:30pm. They had a sign saying the lobby would be closed for construction next week but were closed on Saturday night and had a line of cars around the building. The people were nice and the food was okay(the nuggets were tenders cut in half, guess they ran out?) at least the fries were hot. I live close and would go there often but this kind of stuff seems to be the norm in in the last year.

Pure laziness here. It wouldn’t kill them employees to yell out the name of orders. It’s a big building that has a lot of noise . I waited 37 minutes to realize my order was just sitting on the counter. PURE LAZINESS HERE!!!!

I would give no stars if it was possible!! Rude employee that answered phone after I received food that was inedible. I ordered a Beef an cheddar on sesame instead of onion roll and no red ranch,curly fries with cheddar sauce which I was charged for because there wasn’t fry’s that included it. Sandwich was a awful mess bun soaked in the red ranch everything was cold! She repeated they don’t put red ranch on that sandwich but even my receipt said no sauce. She wouldn’t help and said she wasn’t an I needed to deal with Dasher on it Door Dash didn’t make it wrong but at least they were polite and refunded me! I hadn’t ordered from Arby’s since May because of some issues then! I won’t be back and telling everyone I know how little Arby’s cares about people paying $ for bad experience
