Nice location. The staff was pleasant and efficient. My food arrived quickly. The dining room, tables and the restrooms were clean. The drink & condiments area could have used a quick cleaning, but given that it was lunch rush time, it wasn’t bad. The interior has been updated and is newer in appearance.

This Arby’s is in Wagoner, Ok. First time at this location. Was very impressed with the assistant manager. She took our order and expedited it and delivered in a timely manner. Hope to go there in the future when we are in the area.

I thought I was going to Arby’s for consistency but I guess these days it’s all about 14-year-olds making your food then don’t do it right? And you still have to pay premium price for fast food. I’ll not return. I got a few chicken sliders. Three of the four had pieces of chicken that were about the size of a quarter. The 2. For 7 I got mozzarella sticks supposed to come with six. I got three thought I’d get a cherry pie on my way out. Got it. Got in the truck. Opened it up to see that there was no icing on it. What a waste of my time and money. I’ll not be back if anyone ever reads these things. Arby’s sucks. You should go to a gas station. Food would probably be better.

I came in 5 minutes before their lobby closed & they were friendly & welcoming. They made my custom sandwich, & FRESH chicken that I was happy to get & worth the tiny wait. I stopped by Arby’s today feeling down because my dad passed a week before Christmas so I decided to stay home so I told my 3 dogs let’s go get us some yummies it’s almost Christmas lol. The woman on the headset had a fantastic personality her name was Abby she was so sweet patient and helpful. I wish she knew just how much she made my day she changed my entire mood and food was awesome I definitely recommend this location and I’ve been boycotting Arby’s for almost 2 years due to the Tulsa location but I sincerely hope I get to see her again next time. Thank you Abby and merry Christmas.
