Not sure how they could have messed up our order anymore than they did today. The ONLY reason we chose to grab lunch there was for the Jamoca shake…shake machine was broke down, the second issue was I wanted the chicken pecan salad sandwich… out of stock, then we ordered the double beef and cheese plus bacon with a side of curly fries…no bacon no fries either. To make matter worse the person who answered the phone was argumentative…that is NOT how you handle a customer complaint. Apparently last time one of our family members went there they barely got any cheese on their sandwich. A beef n cheddar should have a decent amount of cheese not a hint of cheese. We will not be back.

YET AGAIN another horrible experience at this location. my fries were hardly half full, no cheese sauce on beef and cheddar, and when i called to make it right, they hung up on me and then refused to answer the phone after calling back numerous times. they were outside smoking pot when i arrived in the drive thru. DO BETTER.

Good food but service needs to be better! Cashier didn’t ask me for the name on the order or if it was for here or to go, and he didn’t say anything after giving me food or when he set it on the table, didn’t ask me if I wanted any sauces or even enjoy your meal, customers should feel welcome and not treated like they don’t pay the restaurant bills and employees
