I usually have good experiences here but the past 2 times I have ordered something I haven’t gotten it. I ordered a side of jalapeño bites and the person on the drive through asked 5 PC or 8 PC I said 8. I get home and it’s not here or on the receipt. At least I wasn’t charged for them but I’m still pretty passed off because someone wasn’t listening obviously.

A cocroach fell on me. I grabbed it with a napkin and took it to the front counter after customers had cleared (trying to be classy) and the grumpy old lady behind the counter looked me in my face and said… “okay… what do you want me to do with it.”

I get the greek gyro there everytime. I tried other stuff but the greek gyro is the best thing they have there. I also got their milkshakes. The milkshakes are the best milkshakes I could get. But they’re also EXPENSIVE but its worth it honestly.

The drive thru experience was ok but I had to wait a long time (for fresh chicken strips). I decided to rate them based on all the other visits as well. The store is always clean, and the service is courteous and swift. Food is always fresh and good. Great, reliable stop in our weekly dining experience.

This Arbys is in Dope-topia aka Durant, and they need to be like Dairy Queen and Billy Sims and just close up shop. First of all 95% of the time the dining room is closed or the whole resturant (claiming not enough staff to work) I guess getting HIGH is more important even to the manager because they could work. When they are open and you HAVE go through the drive thru you have to repeat yourself 4 or 5 times, then when you get to the window you have to repeat yourself again.

By the way THIS fast-food restaurant gets promoted and talked about on television, you would THINK their sandwiches would have a unique taste to them. Nothing separates this fast-food chain from all the rest of them, (except Chic-fil-A). I wouldn’t be surprised if they use GMO to “supply and demand” to the masses. Customer service was good, nonetheless. It was especially steaming HOT at this precise location. I hope never to HAVE TO enter another ARBY’S again for as long as I live.

Sad sad to ask if they have au jus and they say yes (because most of the time they don’t) only to be served brown gravy! Brown gravy is not au jus and if your employees don’t know the difference of what to buy at Walmart when you run out, maybe you shouldn’t run out! Super disappointed didn’t get sauce cause I have my au jus only to be disappointed yet again with brown gravy! That’s brown gravy right there!
