Asked if I could get a bigger version of the jalapeño slider and was told they could do it but was asked to pull forward to wait(I was the only person in the drive thru and they weren’t busy inside), after 20 minutes i went inside and they hadn’t even started making the sandwich.. had to wait another 8 minutes and when I got home I was very disappointed with what I was given.

Might be the worst Buffalo chicken sandwich. Appears to be a single chicken strip on a bun. The chicken is thin and doesn’t cover the bun. The flavor of the Buffalo sauce is good.

An hour and a half before close, the staff ignored the drive through and the phone.. so we pulled around and my boyfriend went inside.. three cars tried to go through the drive through the few minutes he was in there and every single one of them was ignored and pulled away. My boyfriend came out telling me AND one of the cars leaving the drive through that the entire staff was hiding in the back… y’all are paying staff to abuse your time clock.

3 years ago this place was awesome but now whoever runs this place has either changed or seriously burnt out. No quality control and no customer service skills are present. If you order a two for 7 you better hope they have run out or yours will be cold and old. If you order a shake with 1 car in front of you it will be melted before you get it. If they give you your total forget about changing or adding anything, you will be ignored.

Your nighttime manager at 4:50PM 5/29/23 would not let me take lettuce and tomato off one of my orders. Extremely rude and wouldn’t elaborate why she wouldn’t take my order or allow me to customize my sandwich. Quite baffling situation, never in my life have I been told “you can only order the way it comes.” Hire better employees and get her outta there.

Don’t follow business hours. Seems like they close whenever they feel like it. Was one of 3 cars waiting at 9:30 on a Thursday night. At least put out a sign saying you closed early? Lights were still on and employees inside.
