The women taking the order at lunch today was rude and wouldn’t verify the order when asked, she said just pull around very rudely. Told her wanted large everything including the smoked brisket sandwich which she didn’t even ask what size I wanted, I picked up the food and parked up front and checked everything and the sandwich barely had meat on it and no onion crisp at all. I had to sit in the drive thru again and also tried calling them several times while in line and was just ringing and ringing and then it just hung up on me. I finally make it back around and the lady got an attitude with new about the sandwich being wrong and said very rudely what’s wrong with the sandwich and told her and she took it abd waited for another one and when it came out it looked like a 4 year old put it together. I highly do not recommend this location seems like several problems because there was last the walked up to window while I was waiting because they messed her order up also.

Server offered to honor the 2 for $7 advertised and remove the cheddar from the sandwiches. When we got home all the wrappers had the “special” sticker, but they all had the cheddar sauce on them.

the shake machine has been broken for 3 months. If its not going to be fixed can you remove it from tye mr u so we stop getting chatged through uber for shakes we arent receiving.

Ever since they started having hamburgers they have been out of many other menu items. The last four times I went there, they were out of different things I wanted. So if you want an extra fatty hamburger from a place that does not specialize in hamburgers it might be the place for you. Other than that forget it.

Marquee says lobby open 10am to 10pm is 7:20 lobby is closed big sign on window saying dining room open as well! Doors are locked and a bag of trash in front of the door.

I don’t eat at Arby’s but the commercial for the bourbon BBQ sandwich looked great I wanted to try it for myself. It was a waste of money $10 for something you can’t even see the meat on. Disappointed for sure. However the employees in drive thru were nice.

I did ask for # 3 French dip & Swiss meal and the cashier attended me with an actitud ( looks like she didn’t want to be there) and when I got my meal the dip (aujus). Was brown water like dirt water and tasted like water looks like they being watering the dip or they don’t know how to make it!

Says hours of operation opens at 10 AM but I’m here at 11:16 and the doors are locked Employee inside just ignored me at the door. I guess I can imagine what my food would be like with that kind of service. At least have the decency to put a sign up or at least say dining room is not open please use drive-through. Wow customer service has disappeared
