My husband and I went yesterday to try the new Pecan chicken salad sandwich and it was delicious! Large and a lot of apples and chicken in it also. The bread was fresh and soft. Fries ordered no salt and they were hot and fresh also. Hubby had the large Roast beef sandwich and there was a LOT of meat on it, he said it was delicious also. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Dining area was clean and soda area clean also. I really wish their SHAKE machine was repaired because I would definitely order one also!

Good food, fast service! Facilities were clean but bathroom needed minor attention. 1:00pm was my dining time so that’s too be a little expected. The drive thru speaker was super loud, could stand to turn it down a notch or have headsets for the employees.

Worst experience. I had same experience two years ago: wanted two Arby’s melts for $7 and to remove red sauce. And switch the buns to the sesame bun. The chain said that ‘they were not allowed to do that, you had to order the way it comes’ and that’s NOT true. I called every store from every city to confirm this. So yeah, you could do that. Seriously disappointed.

One of my go to places, I always got Arby’s on my mind. Their app sucks but sometimes they will honor the deal on the app if ur having trouble. Also I have found depending on who’s working has an affect on a good visit, my last one wasn’t so great because the lady wanted to give me horsey sauce when I specifically asked for Arby’s sauce. With Chic fila next door they need to be careful with customer service

Worse Arby’s there is. Yes, the one right next to Chick Fil A. My wife ordered 2 Arby’s Roast Beef sandwiches, which mine had a pile of flour on the bottom bun. I returned to the store and the inside was closed but I could see about 5 workers on the inside. I went through the drive-thru and waited 8 mins to get my order taken. The lady on the loud speaker was rude as hell. I asked for the manager and she said she was the Manager. I wanted a refund but she said she couldn’t refund my sandwich because I didn’t have the original card. Never heard of that at a fast food place but the manager Gina needs some training on customer service and her ends clipped.

Well maintained & despite appearing to be shorthanded, the service didn’t lag. Didn’t care much for the seasonal fish sandwich – not that others do a superior job. Corporate thinking on buns requires radical change. Advertising something that has preparation challenges (skinny bun, pale tomatoes, hard fried fish, etc.) does not invite repeat visits.

I love Arby’s! My wife and I went to this location the other day and I tried to use a coupon for a couple of sandwiches. They told me to keep my coupon because they had the same thing as a promotion but for cheaper! Also, they forgot one of my sandwiches. I went through the drive thru again and let them know that they forgot it. They apologized and offered us additional food for free as a kind gesture. These guys are great! Will be back!
