I would recommend everyone check every item in their bag before driving away, because this place loves to get orders wrong. Don’t bother contacting the company for any kind of reimbursement (including coupons) because they’ll tell you yes and then not follow through.

Normally my favorite cheat snack, the jalapeno bites had an off taste the last time. The floor was sticky enough that it pulled my flipflop off as I was walking across the room. The folks were super friendly though!

Worst Arby’s I’ve ever been too. The manager on 6/6/23 was a miserable representative of the Arby’s franchise. We waited 5 mins at an empty store just to be ignored so we left.

I’m 3rd car sitting in the the drive trough. Not a single person in the dining room. Sat in line from 8:17pm to 8:29pm before the first car moved. Ended up sitting in the drive-through for over half an hour for a roast beef sandwich and a drink. Nothing fancy or any special order. Just a plain roast beef. Completely Ridiculous when I’m being charged $14 for a sandwich and drink.

Went to Arby’s today to try the Wagyu burger they had been advertising. Although it didn’t live up to the hype it was still freshly prepared. The curly fries were hot and fresh and had a good taste. The unsweet tea I had was not bad either. So e teas from fast food have a bitter after taste. This did not. The store was very well cleaned and the staff was very friendly. The cinnamon shake I had was divine. Overall it was a great experience and would go back again
