I don’t eat Arby’s very often and never been to this location before. I was expecting bad and was extremely surprised. The resturant was really clean, the manager ( I think she was the shift manager) and the rest of the employees was really nice and the food was on point good and the best most important thing of all was they have the pump your own sauce selections bar that so many other Arby’s are missing!

Drive thru speaker not working. Employee took forever to get to the window. Overcharged with wrong menu items. Got combative when trying to get it figured out. Forgot marinara. Forgot napkins. Forgot dipping sauce for curly fries. Sandwiches dry. Employee took credit card, closed window and walked away for an extended period of time.

Ordered a Beef N Cheddar combo and a mac n cheese. Sandwich was nasty looking and barely had a bun as you can see. Mac n cheese was atrocious. Will probably never go back. More than likely the same reason why I rarely eat at Arby’s. Bring back the Big Montana!

11:13 am 10/14/22: I went to this store to pick up an Uber eats order and that’s where it all went down hill! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They did not say anything to me or notice I was there! 5 mins or more passed by and the manager (I guess she was) with the short hair came over with an attitude and finally asked me have I been helped. I told her no and I was picking up an Uber Eats order. She grabbed the bag and tossed it at me and walked away!! She should BE FIRED AND REPLACED BY SOMEONE WITH A BETTER ATTITUDE AND BETTER FIT TO BE A MANGER BECAUSE SHE IS NOT THE RIGHT FIT FOR THE JOB!! I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!

The chick working at the window this evening I was there around 8:30. If she’s going through something at home or having personal issues I understand if not my absolutely horrible customer service didn’t even fill my drink up all the way forgot to give me the sauces that she asked if I wanted a soon as she handed them to me she just shut the window. Again if she’s not having a personal issue then she hates her job.

Ordered a double beef and cheddar meal and a chicken swiss and bacon sandwich was told to pull to the curb because the chicken would take 5 min. 10 min later they came out and after a few questions asked for my receipt. Another 3 min later they brought my food. Got home and had a chicken sandwich with a little mayo and a little lettuce. No bacon no swiss. Tried calling no answer. Never got my receipt back either. Not worth the almost 18 dollars I spent.
