Now, we are not from here and only visit around this time of the year for the archery Reinhart R100 event. That being said, when we do stop in for food. It has been hot and really good. I know my curly fries look low, but my daughter started eating them once we got our order. We’ll continue to visit this location. See you next year. 🙂

I disagree with the one star ratings for this location. My experience was actually quite pleasant! Perhaps it’s because I was the very first in line before lunch crowd hit, but I’m pretty sure it’s also because the staff at this location were great 🙂

Slow slow slow. They said they was waiting for my Mozzarella sticks. It doesn’t take no 10 min to make a mozzarella sticks. Trash service and they didn’t didn’t even sound like they knew what was going on. Don’t go here.

Was closed over an hour and a half before stated close time on a Friday night. Not a single person there, lobby lights off, drive thru speaker has a closed auto message, and no note anywhere. Called corporate and they had no clue why. Now over 20 mins later I am waiting to get my food from the Keller location. Two stores are in opposite directions from house, but I guess I’ll drive to the further one that I can trust to be open from here on.

The food is always good. Orders are always correct. We do like the register lady inside, she is very nice. I think this location needs better registers and maybe some customer service training(not the lady that for dine in register). Also stocked up better on supplies.

Staff is always friendly when I go thru the drive-thru. One day I walked in to use their restroom. Five staff members were sitting at four different tables (very slow, I’m assuming). One young man jumped up immediately to take my order. He was very hospitable. Two people were towards the back by the restrooms eating together. One young lady was on her phone. Another older lady was asleep, leaning against the wall at her table. I believe there was at least one cook in the back I couldn’t see. I’m only stating what the staff was doing because that bathroom I went into, desperately needed to be cleaned. Other than that, what they were doing was understandable because they had zero customers outside of myself. The food is ok. It’s quickly thrown together and it’s obvious compared to other Arby’s locations.

What’s so hard to get an order right? Asked for #1 beef and cheddar and never fails always get a #2 plain. The guy was lazy pull up no one is around and yet I was told move to the front because they are making the food. I said why can’t I wait here. He said it makes us look bad if you just sit here it’s timing us. Lol well if you actually was working being prepared like you should you wouldn’t have to worry about that.

Maybe we should NOT be laying on one of the benches at minimum once a customer walks in while watching videos on our phone? Especially shouldn’t for a good minute or two after the customer walks in before you get up to LOG INTO THE SCREEN AND TAKE AN ORDER!! Just my opinion though. What happened to customer service?!?!
