After placing the order, paying, and receiving food we were told they have no Arby’s sauce, even though at the time of the order we specifically asked. The restrooms are disgusting. The most important thing is how does an Arby’s run out of Arby’s sauce. This is a representation of poor management. I would never recommend this place nor will I ever return.

The young lady who took the order was very friendly and wasn’t greedy with the Arby’s sauce, that’s really all I can say was any good!! I got the new chicken bacon ranch fries They were horrible The fries themselves were not fresh hard and stale, The ranch sauce headache weird taste like it was old I don’t know I couldn’t even eat it!!!! and I had two original roast beef sandwiches I could only eat one and threw the other away!! I don’t know if it’s cuz I ordered at 8:45 in Drive thru or what but very unpleasant experience!! I won’t go back wouldn’t recommend I guess that particular Arby’s I’ve had good experiences at the other locations

Arby’s has a gyro! It was once on the menu but it disappeared. I can only assume it’s in select regions. Now…if they bring back the Italian sub… I’m super satisfied. I’ve eaten at three different Arby’s in the Belton-Temple area and they’ve all had wonderful customer service! They have a few new menu items as well.

Big fan of Arby’s just for the nostalgia throwback to my childhood. This individual location served the food fresh and with good attitudes from the staff. Dining area was a bit messy, but I can’t really fault the staff for having disgusting patrons. They are definitely not paid enough to clean up after everyone every five seconds. The new mint shake was quite good. Normally shakes are more like concretes and impossible to drink with a straw, this one drank perfectly and tasted about as good as one could hope for.

This place is terrible. My 2nd time coming here & I won’t be back. I bought 4 spicy roast beef sandwiches & had to wait over 20 mins in the drive-thru. I got home only to realize that they were regular roast beef & not spicy. I go back & they remake my order but make them incorrectly so they end up having to make them a 3rd time. When I finally got my corrected order, the food was cold. So I finally get my right order an hour after I first came here. Now I get to go home & heat up my food. How do you mess up an order when you only have three customers? This is ridiculous.

Always slow, but today took the freaking cake. A full 5 minutes sitting at the speaker waiting to take my order with only 1 other car. I order a roast turkey sandwich, get back to the office and there’s NOTHING on the sandwich!! No toppings, and 1 tiny chunk of turkey! This is THE WORST managed store I’ve ever seen.
